Some days are better than others. Sometimes I get up in the morning and all I want to do is get more sleep; for a few moments I forget my goals in life, work, family, gym, etc. When that happens, a little motivation does’t come bad at all. Usually what helps me is to be clear about what I want to achieve; this way I can see what steps I should take to get to that point.
With that in mind, one of my favorite quotes is this one:

Every now and then some guy comes with “advice”. I’d be at the gym strength training with low reps and he’d say: “you should lower the weight and do more reps”. Drives me crazy.
