The content on this website is personal, which pretty much means it comes from my experience. I’m not a professional nutritionist or personal trainer. That being said, I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been immersed in this for a few years. I’ve learned about bodybuilding, fitness and health from different reputable sources and also experimenting with my body.
I watch tons and tons of videos and I’m constantly reading articles from health and fitness magazines and websites. I’m tech savvy and curious… I’m the kind of guy that goes deep when something interests me.
I also have to say I’m not a journalist, so when I’m writing about a specific workout or nutrition tip it’s like I’m having a normal conversation; I most likely don’t remember the exact place where I got it from and won’t always take the time to quote exact sources and give you the name of the research paper where it came from. All I can really say is I’ve tried it personally or I’ve taken the time to do the research about it.
Finally, I don’t want to be extra humble… I know what I’m talking about; but keep in mind:

Creating an account in this blog is free. You won’t get any spam. It will make it easier for you to comment on my posts and get notifications (if you choose to) when I or someone else replies to your comments. Simply click on the “Register” link and enter your name and email address.

To comment on a post all you need is your name and email. Your email will not be published and it will only be used so you can get a notification when I reply to you. You can also create a free account, login and just comment (you won’t have to write your name and email again).
By all means please comment on my posts. I’d love to hear your thoughts about any of my ideas and keep learning every day. I’d also love to hear about any questions you might have and things you want me to talk about so I can write about them on future posts.
